NEW DELHI, India (December 20, 2023) – Holistic sustainable water management company JWIL Infra has appointed HK Pradhan to the role of CHRO with immediate effect.
He joins JWIL Infra from ROADIS with 24 years of experience in leadership roles across a diverse range of industries. He is specialised in fostering high-performance culture, leadership development, strategic HR partnership, innovative methodologies to build people, process capabilities and operational excellence of the HR function, as well as occupational health and safety.
Commenting on his latest appointment in a LinkedIn post, Pradhan said: “I look forward to driving organisational excellence in elevating performance-driven culture on the back of the Group’s core values of leading with trust in demonstrating excellence, perseverance, agility & reliability.
“My goal will be to build a compelling employee value proposition and embed an integrated people agenda to accelerate growth as per the organisation business strategy by nurturing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance,” he added.
Prior to his appointment at JWIL Infra, Pradhan has worked at Tata Power, DSC Limited, BP Fuel Crops Pvt., and ISOLUX CORSAN in various capacities.
