BENGALURU, INDIA (January 05, 2024) – Anupam Kaura was named chief human resources officer (CHRO) by Kotak Mahindra Bank. Anupam will be leading Kotak’s organisational transformation as part of the company’s “accelerating change” initiative.
Anupam comes to Kotak from CRISIL Ltd. in London, UK, where he was managed corporate administration and served as the global chief human resources officer (CHRO). In addition, Anupam was in charge of several other significant areas, including talent strategy, performance and rewards, learning and development (L&D), culture reform, and general organisational transformation initiatives. He held important HR positions before to joining CRISIL at companies like IDFC Bank, Citi, AXA, and PWC, where he oversaw a variety of operations and oversaw important projects.
Anupam brings with him more than 25 years of relevant expertise holding executive positions in banking and finance organisations in India and abroad. He has a strong history in business partnership, salary and benefits management, boards, strategic HR leadership, and HR consulting. Anupam excels in leading transformative initiatives and change agendas in major businesses.

Anupam has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
