Mumbai: Ranjeeka Sachdev has joined Jaquar & Company, a manufacturer of lighting and bathroom products, as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Sachdev has 20 years of expertise in a variety of human resources-related fields, including business partnering, people strategy, succession planning, global mobility, employee happiness & CSR, WFH Innovations, L&D, and employer branding. Sachdev was General Manager of Human Resources at Pernod Ricard India before to joining Jaquar.
Sachdeva’s prior position involved worldwide liaising for Pernod Ricard South Asia, business partner to corporate and South Asia, inclusion and diversity, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, awards & recognition, and employee policies & processes.
Gap Inc and Yamaha Motor are other organisations where Sachdev worked previously.
