CIMC Vehicles Showcases Flagship Line-up at China Commercial Vehicle Show 2025, Reinforcing Leadership in Smart, Green Transport

WUHAN, China, November 11, 2025 — CIMC Vehicles (Group) Co., Ltd. (Stock code: 301039.SZ), the world’s leading sophisticated manufacturer of semi-trailers and specialty vehicles, took centre stage at the 2025 China Commercial Vehicle Show (CCVS) held at the Wuhan International Expo Center. Under the unifying theme “StarChained Only”, the company presented 19 flagship models across three core zones — its main exhibition booth, the EVRT (Electric Tractors and Trailers) booth, and the CIMC-SHAC “Sanhao Development” booth — covering a total of over 2,600 square metres.

The showcase embodied CIMC Vehicles’ strategic vision of “Intelligence, Greening, and Integration”, aligned with China’s “15th Five-Year Plan”. The company aims to lead the industry out of “involution” — a term often used in China to describe unproductive competition — by developing what Chairman and CEO Li Guiping described as “new-quality productive forces” that link global knowledge, technology, and partnerships.

Launch of 2026 “StarChained” Semi-Trailer Models

At the opening ceremony, Li Guiping reviewed the progress of the company’s “StarChained Plan”, reaffirming its commitment to evolve into a “full-value-chain operator” serving both China’s unified national market and emerging Global South economies. The event saw the launch of the “StarChained” Semi-Trailer 2026 Annual Model, marking another milestone in CIMC Vehicles’ technological evolution.

Designed for a logistics sector shifting toward efficiency, sustainability, and intelligence, the 2026 models were tailored to various operational scenarios. Among the highlights was the “Ouguan M-series” Liquid Food Transport Tanker, dubbed a “mobile freshness cabin”, integrating European-grade technology and advanced materials to enhance thermal insulation, safety, and hygiene.

To complement this innovation, CIMC Vehicles also launched the Liquid Food Transport Industry Chain Safety and Collaboration Alliance, a new platform uniting industry players to establish safety standards, financing models, and traceability systems that ensure the integrity of transported goods “from source to sip.”

The company also signed the Joint Initiative on Intrinsic Safety for Hazardous Chemical Transport, aligning with China’s new GB21668-2025 National Standard. This step strengthens the sector’s safety and regulatory framework, promoting shared standards and joint innovation across industrial logistics.

Engineering-Type EV Tractor-Trailer System Makes Global Debut

At the EVRT booth, CIMC Vehicles revealed its engineering-type pure electric tractor-trailer system, a global first that redefines the ecosystem for clean logistics. Li Guiping underscored that the transition to electrification “is not merely about replacing diesel with electricity, but about building a holistic operational ecosystem focused on user experience and total cost of ownership.”

The new EV-RT ecosystem integrates “Electric Tractor-Trailers” with ALFA+ Operation Base Stations, which provide energy replenishment, maintenance, and operations management. Each base includes mobile charging units, maintenance centres, and control hubs — ensuring seamless, worry-free operations for logistics operators.

This integrated model positions CIMC Vehicles to capture opportunities in China’s fast-expanding new-energy sector, as it pushes toward a low-carbon, high-efficiency transport network.

CIMC-SHAC Collaboration Highlights “Sanhao Development”

At the CIMC-SHAC Sanhao Development booth, the companies highlighted their joint achievements under the banner “Sanhao Products, Five-Good Values”. Their collaboration, based on the principle of “One Vehicle Enterprise”, has focused on integrated product design — “excellent tractors with excellent trailers” — and a value chain that ensures “Good Selection, Easy Purchase, Reliable Use, Premium Service, Profitable Resale.”

A key announcement was the launch of the integrated New Energy Cold Chain Transporter, marking the next generation of green logistics solutions. The partners also celebrated the delivery of their 30,000th integrated vehicle, a milestone reflecting strong market trust in their joint innovation model.

Setting a Benchmark for High-Quality Industrial Growth

From its high-tech showcase to strategic collaborations, CIMC Vehicles demonstrated a cohesive “StarChained” ecosystem — linking innovation, technology, and industrial partnership. The company’s focus on intelligence, green energy, and digital integration not only supports China’s domestic industrial goals but also strengthens its role in shaping the global logistics landscape.

“Standing at this new starting point,” said Li Guiping, “CIMC Vehicles will continue to advance with openness, innovation, and responsibility — driving the commercial vehicle industry toward higher quality, efficiency, and sustainability.”

According to the 2025 Global OEM Ranking List published by Global Trailer, CIMC Vehicles ranked first among semi-trailer manufacturers worldwide for the thirteenth consecutive year, reinforcing its position as the global leader in sophisticated semi-trailer and specialty vehicle manufacturing. Guided by its “StarChained Only” strategy, CIMC Vehicles continues to integrate intelligent manufacturing, green technologies, and global collaboration to drive sustainable growth and maintain leadership in high-quality commercial vehicle solutions.
