SINGAPORE, June 10, 2025 — NRF 2025: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific (NRF 2025 APAC), one of the most prominent retail trade events in the region, concluded this week in Singapore after three days of record-breaking attendance and dynamic industry engagement, reflecting Asia-Pacific’s growing influence in the global retail sector.
The event attracted 9,500 registrations from over 72 countries, drawing together retailers, technology providers, and industry leaders from across the region and beyond. In total, 240 exhibitors and sponsors participated alongside 150 conference speakers, offering a wide-ranging agenda designed to address the unique opportunities and challenges facing APAC’s rapidly evolving retail landscape.
With the theme “Retail Unlimited,” this year’s edition placed a sharp focus on the diversity and dynamism of the Asia-Pacific market, fostering cross-border collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovative approaches tailored to regional retail realities.

“The overwhelming response from retail communities across APAC underscores the growing demand for a premier regional retail event like NRF APAC,” said Ryf Quail, Managing Director for APAC at Comexposium, the event organiser. “The energy and enthusiasm from participants highlight the vibrant and evolving retail landscape in APAC. We are proud to facilitate a platform that fosters knowledge-exchange, networking and innovation to propel the industry forward.”
Among the key highlights of this year’s show was the introduction of several new features, including the NRF APAC Innovators Showcase, which spotlighted cutting-edge technologies shaping the future of retail across the region. The exclusive NRF APAC CEO Club brought together nearly 100 global retail leaders for high-level discussions, while the expanded Exhibitor Big Ideas stages hosted deep-dive sessions on emerging technologies, sustainability, and leadership trends.
KPMG, one of the event’s Diamond Sponsors, emphasised the critical role of AI in shaping next-generation retail models. “NRF 2025 APAC brought together some of the most forward-thinking voices in retail across the region,” said Anson Bailey, Head of Consumer & Retail, Asia Pacific at KPMG. “We were proud to lead the conversation on building intelligent retail through AI-driven transformation, evolving consumer behaviour, and social commerce trends. The insights and ambitions shared throughout the week sparked high-impact collaborations, reinforcing our goal of building a future-ready retail ecosystem across Asia Pacific and beyond.”
Donald Ong, Senior Vice President, Services Business Development Asia Pacific at Mastercard, echoed this sentiment, noting the event’s role as a critical platform for dialogue and partnership. “Set in the world’s fastest growing retail market, the event provided an invaluable opportunity for retailers across Asia-Pacific to exchange ideas, address shared challenges, and explore best practices shaping the future of retail.”
Following the success of this year’s edition, NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific is scheduled to return to Singapore from 2 to 4 June 2026. Organisers promise an even more ambitious programme, featuring additional visionary speakers, pioneering technologies, and expanded networking opportunities for the region’s rapidly growing retail community.
