SINGAPORE, April 25, 2025 – NRF 2025: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific, the region’s premier gathering of retail leaders, will introduce two high-impact initiatives aimed at shaping the future of retail across Asia Pacific: the NRF APAC Innovators Showcase and the NRF CEO Club. The event, hosted by the National Retail Federation (NRF), will take place in Singapore from June 3–5, 2025.
As the world’s largest retail trade association, NRF represents retailers from the United States and more than 45 countries, spanning department stores, e-commerce platforms, chain restaurants, and independent retailers. Its global events – including Retail’s Big Show, held annually in New York – are renowned for convening top industry minds to discuss transformative strategies and showcase cutting-edge technologies.
The Asia Pacific edition, launched to address the specific opportunities and challenges in one of the fastest-growing and most diverse retail regions globally, will provide a three-day platform for immersive learning, technology discovery, and cross-border collaboration. This year’s event takes place in Singapore, a strategic hub at the crossroads of the region’s thriving retail economies.
Unlocking Innovation and Insight
The newly announced NRF APAC Innovators Showcase, curated by the NRF Innovation Advisory Committee, will spotlight 30 leading-edge technology companies that are reshaping the retail landscape in the region. Among the innovators:
- ChatLabs, whose AI-driven customer engagement platform powers real-time, hyper-personalised experiences for global brands including Louis Vuitton and Samsung – maximising retention and return on ad spend.
- Tradeverifyd, which leverages agentic AI to help enterprises strengthen supply chain transparency, detect operational risks early, and build resilient networks.
Alongside this, the event will debut the NRF CEO Club, a by-invitation-only initiative designed exclusively for enterprise-level retail CEOs. With participation limited to around 100 top executives, the CEO Club offers curated business matching, strategic dialogue, and a confidential environment for building partnerships across borders and sectors.

Global Leaders on a Regional Stage
Adding to the conference’s growing speaker line-up are Shin Odake, Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Japan’s FamilyMart, and senior leaders from India’s Myntra.
