Singapore’s QuikBot Technologies Partners with Dubai Silicon Oasis to Launch Autonomous Delivery Platform

SINGAPORE, April 26, 2025 – Singapore-based QuikBot Technologies is set to make its mark in the Middle East after signing a landmark partnership with the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA) to roll out its pioneering Autonomous Final-Mile Delivery Platform-as-a-Service (AFMD PaaS) at Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Announced at GITEX Asia 2025—one of the region’s premier technology showcases held this year in Singapore—the collaboration signals an exciting new era for smart urban mobility, blending cutting-edge AI-powered delivery systems seamlessly into one of Dubai’s most innovative districts.

The partnership also underscores Singapore’s growing influence as a global leader in smart city technology exports, with QuikBot’s move into Dubai representing a significant milestone in cross-border urban innovation.

Transforming Urban Logistics with Smart Delivery

During the pilot phase, QuikBot’s intelligent, autonomous delivery robots will be deployed across Dubai Digital Park, a bustling mixed-use hub within Dubai Silicon Oasis. The zone covers eight mid-rise buildings incorporating commercial offices, hotels, and retail outlets.

Unlike conventional delivery systems, QuikBot’s robots are designed to operate both indoors and outdoors with ease—navigating elevators, secured entrances, and pedestrian pathways—to ensure contactless, efficient deliveries across the park. In later phases, the robots will also serve residential towers, a private hospital, a university, and the Dubai Silicon Oasis Headquarters, expanding the scope of autonomous logistics in the area.

Innovation in Action

Welcoming QuikBot to Dubai Silicon Oasis, Mr Badr Buhannad, Deputy Director General of Dubai Silicon Oasis and Chief Corporate Support Officer of DIEZA, said: “We are thrilled to bring QuikBot Technologies into our innovation ecosystem. This project is a perfect example of applied innovation—real-world solutions that align with Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda and the 2040 Urban Master Plan. We are committed to enabling future-ready technologies, and this partnership reflects our vision for the cities of tomorrow.”

Mr Alan Ng, Founder and CEO of QuikBot Technologies, echoed the enthusiasm, stating: “We are proud to introduce a Singapore-designed solution to one of the most forward-thinking cities in the world. Dubai Silicon Oasis offers the perfect environment for innovation, and this collaboration demonstrates the global readiness and impact of Singapore’s Smart Nation technologies.”

Sustainability at the Core

The timing of the rollout is significant. A 2024 white paper by the World Economic Forum warned that last-mile delivery emissions could surge by 60% by 2030 without systemic change. QuikBot’s electric, AI-driven delivery robots offer a much-needed alternative, helping to reduce emissions, ease congestion, and optimise logistics operations across urban spaces.

With capabilities like real-time route optimisation, dynamic scheduling, and flexible deployment across varied infrastructures, QuikBot’s AFMD PaaS presents a scalable, sustainable solution for modern cities grappling with last-mile delivery challenges.

This deployment builds on the success of QuikBot’s projects in Singapore, where its robots have already proven their reliability in complex environments like South Beach Development and Mapletree Business City.

Looking Ahead

As cities worldwide intensify efforts to rethink urban mobility and logistics, the partnership between QuikBot Technologies and DIEZA could serve as a blueprint for other regions aiming to modernise and future-proof their delivery ecosystems.

“This is just the beginning,” said Mr Ng. “With visionary partners in Singapore and Dubai, we are well-positioned to expand our platform to cities globally that are eager to embrace smart, sustainable last-mile delivery solutions.”
