AtkinsRéalis Secures Key Contract for Hong Kong’s New Territories North Development

HONG KONG, March 12, 2025 – AtkinsRéalis Group Inc. (TSX: ATRL), a leading global engineering and nuclear services company, has been awarded a major design and multidisciplinary services contract for the first phase of Hong Kong’s New Territories North Development – San Tin / Lok Ma Chau Development Node, Package 3. The contract has been secured in joint venture with AECOM and is commissioned by Hong Kong’s Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD).

Spanning 190 hectares within the Northern Metropolis, the San Tin / Lok Ma Chau Development Node is a key urban expansion initiative, integrating housing, commercial, and infrastructure developments. The project aligns with Hong Kong’s long-term vision for sustainable, technology-driven urban planning, combining modern living with nature and cultural preservation.

As part of the contract, AtkinsRéalis will provide integrated design, site supervision, and multidisciplinary services to improve project efficiency and ensure high-quality infrastructure development.

This advanced system will integrate construction data, enhancing visualization, optimizing project efficiency, and ensuring sustainability.
