Craig Shute is Knight Frank’s New CEO for Greater China

HONG KONG (October 31, 2023) – Global real estate consulting company Knight Frank has appointed Craig Shute as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Greater China with immediate effect. He succeeds Piers Brunner, a pivotal figure in the organisation, and will be based in Hong Kong.

Shute is a veteran in the real estate industry, including more than 7 years leading CBRE in Hong Kong and Taiwan up to 2016, where he was responsible for over 950 employees. In all, Shute has over a quarter century of leadership experience in the property industry in several countries, including Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and USA.
