Shraddha’s entrepreneurial spark was ignited at a young age, inspired by her mother’s business in wardrobe and travel organizers. While pursuing her architecture degree, she explored her creative instincts by designing wedding and festive gifting solutions. What began as a hobby soon evolved into a full-fledged business, and after a brief hiatus, she relaunched Mezmerize in Mumbai—this time, with a vision to make it a recognized name in India’s gifting industry.

Unlike other brands that assemble gift hampers by outsourcing elements from various vendors, Mezmerize takes pride in crafting every piece in-house. “From trays and floral decorations to packaging materials, everything is meticulously designed and manufactured by our team. Our USP is the level of customization we offer—whether it’s size, color, or design, we turn a customer’s vision into reality,” Shraddha shares.
Beyond aesthetics, sustainability is at the heart of Mezmerize’s philosophy. Every product is designed for long-term use—trays double as centerpieces, hampers transform into storage units, and decorative pieces find a second life as home décor. This commitment to sustainability and utility sets Mezmerize apart in an industry often driven by temporary appeal.
Empowering Women, One Gift at a Time
At its core, Mezmerize is more than just a business—it’s a movement empowering women from different socio-economic backgrounds. Shraddha has built a team of 18 women, many of whom were previously employed as domestic workers. “Providing them with a dignified source of income and a skill set has been one of my most rewarding experiences,” she says.
Like many entrepreneurs, Shraddha faced her share of challenges, especially in navigating digital marketing and social media promotions. “We lost a lot of money early on due to a lack of knowledge, but every setback became a stepping stone for growth,” she recalls. Today, with a growing online presence and an expanding customer base, Mezmerize has achieved a remarkable 100% reordering rate, a testament to its quality and customer satisfaction.
Looking ahead, Shraddha envisions a future where Mezmerize moves beyond the digital realm and establishes a physical presence across India. With plans to expand into multi-brand stores and enhance its online ecosystem, she is determined to take her brand to new heights.

Her advice to her younger self? “I wish I had pursued a business course alongside my architecture studies. Understanding marketing and business strategies early on would have accelerated my growth.”
