SINGAPORE, October 3, 2024 – Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure solutions, has appointed Frank Poncheri as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Poncheri will report directly to CEO Giordano (Gio) Albertazzi and lead the company’s human resources strategy, with a focus on enhancing talent acquisition and employee development to support Vertiv’s high-performance culture.
Poncheri brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources and corporate strategy, having previously held senior roles at Owens Corning, including Vice President of HR and Corporate Integration. His global experience spans leadership in talent management and fostering a high-performance work environment, both in the U.S. and Finland. He began his HR career at GE Aerospace after completing the company’s intensive HR Leadership Program.

Poncheri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Labor Relations & Human Resources, both from The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business.
