Forter Names Joe Lee as New Regional Vice President for Asia Pacific

SINGAPORE, April 28, 2022 – Forter, the Trust Platform for digital commerce, has announced the appointment of Joe Lee as vice president of Asia Pacific (APAC) sales. His appointment is the latest example of Forter’s investment and growth in the region.

Lee brings to Forter more than 20 years of global sales experience in enterprise software. His passion for building, coaching, and supporting high-performance sales teams across multiple cultures has helped companies achieve record revenues and navigate successful IPOs.

Prior to Forter, Lee held management roles at Cisco and Cloudera ASEAN/India where he helped expand regional revenue from zero to $25 million. Lee will draw on his expertise to expand Forter’s footprint across APAC and to deepen and establish new local customer relationships.

“I am thrilled to join Forter and to be a part of a new chapter in digital commerce enablement,” said Lee. “Global retail leaders understand the power of Forter to provide accurate, instant decisions that distinguish between risky and quality customers. This allows these businesses to not only protect against financial losses but improve the consumer experience and strengthen loyalty in the process. I look forward to helping digital commerce retailers in APAC discover and apply this advantage.”

“Joe brings to Forter an established reputation for leading complex digital transformations across multiple industries and cultures in a region where we continue to invest heavily,” said Michael Reitblat, CEO and co-founder, Forter. “His experiences and successes, particularly within FinTech and retail environments in APAC, will help open the door to new opportunities and form new customer relationships in this region.”

Forter is entrusted by digital commerce leaders across industries, including Nordstrom, Sephora, Instacart, Adobe, Priceline, and more. These businesses are committed to ensuring that everyone who visits their site gets the experience they deserve.
