SINGAPORE, February 10, 2026 — Food & Hospitality Asia 2026 (FHA 2026) is set to return to the Singapore Expo from April 21 to 24, 2026, positioning itself once again as a key regional platform for the food, beverage and hospitality industries at a time when Asia’s HoReCa sector is accelerating innovation, digitalisation and cross-border trade.
Now in its 48th edition, FHA 2026 is expected to welcome more than 80,000 international attendees and feature over 2,750 exhibitors from 115 countries and regions, reinforcing Singapore’s role as a gateway for global food and hospitality businesses looking to expand across Asia.
Organised by Informa Markets, the event will bring together manufacturers, distributors, technology providers, chefs, restaurateurs and hospitality operators to explore new products, emerging trends and evolving business models across the value chain.
Expanded focus on technology and premium experiences
FHA 2026 will feature 18 dedicated segments, including a refreshed Food Service Technology segment that highlights advances in automation, digital operations and efficiency-driven solutions for foodservice and hospitality operators.
The Coffee, Tea & Bar segment has also been expanded to include bar equipment and solutions, reflecting the growing convergence of café and bar formats, as well as rising demand for craft beverages, mixology-inspired offerings and premium customer experiences.
Exhibitors at FHA 2026 will include regional and global players such as Ben Foods, DKSH, Euraco, Lim Joo Huat, Zac Meat & Poultry, Electrolux Professional, Fabbri, Rational, The Middleby Corporation and Valrhona Selection, alongside more than 75 country and group pavilions showcasing international innovation.
European Union named Region of Honour
One of the major highlights of FHA 2026 is the designation of the European Union as the Region of Honour, a partnership that will spotlight the EU’s culinary heritage, food innovation capabilities and sustainability credentials.
Visitors can expect curated showcases, chef demonstrations and networking sessions that underline Europe’s role in advancing quality, traceability and sustainable food production, themes that are increasingly important for Asian buyers and hospitality operators.
In addition, the Singapore Seafood Pavilion, organised by the Seafood Industries Association Singapore, will showcase fresh, frozen and processed seafood, aquaculture solutions and value-added products from global suppliers.
Competitions, talent development and industry dialogue
Beyond the exhibition floor, FHA 2026 will host a series of industry competitions and knowledge-sharing platforms aimed at talent development and professional excellence. These include the FHA Bakery Challenge, FHA Dessert Challenge, and the Asian Pastry Cup, which returns as the official Asia selection round for the World Pastry Cup.
The event will also place a strong emphasis on future-oriented discussions through seminars and conferences addressing global market trends, food innovation, safety standards and sustainability. Key highlights include the Sustainable Summit, which will focus on food security, sustainable agriculture and supply chain resilience.
A dedicated Future Forward zone will examine the role of technology across foodservice, hospitality and retail, supported by a four-day conference exploring challenges and opportunities in digital integration.
A platform for industry transformation
Ian Roberts, Vice President of Informa Markets – Asia, said FHA 2026 is positioned as more than a traditional trade exhibition. “FHA 2026 is where innovation meets opportunity, bringing together industry leaders, cutting-edge technologies and influential players from across the globe. It is a platform not just to stay ahead of the curve, but to help define the future of food and hospitality.”
As Asia’s food and hospitality sectors navigate rising costs, evolving consumer expectations and sustainability pressures, FHA 2026 is expected to play a central role in shaping conversations around growth, resilience and innovation across the region.
