Tim Bryant Appointed Chief Revenue Officer of SAP SuccessFactors for APJ

Singapore, April 11, 2024 — Tim Bryant has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer, SAP SuccessFactors, Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ), according to a statement released by SAP today. More than 10,000 clients utilise the cloud-native SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite worldwide. Its features include workforce planning, talent management, core HR and payroll, HR analytics, and employee experience management. Tim has been the Head of SAP SuccessFactors in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) since 2022. Angela Colantuono, who was recently appointed President and Managing Director for SAP ANZ, left her position.

In his new position, Tim will design and oversee the business strategy for SAP SuccessFactors throughout the Asia-Pacific region. He will also help customers adopt the newest advancements in Business AI and expedite their shift to the cloud to better support their people goals.

Announcing the appointment, President of SAP APJ, Paul Marriott said, “Asia Pacific and Japan is already one of  the fastest-growing regions globally for SAP, and Tim’s extensive human capital management experience and strong leadership credentials make him the right leader for this role. I’m confident in his ability to drive the next  phase of growth, while supporting customers across the region to achieve their people ambitions, grow, and  scale. I thank Angela Colantuono for her leadership over the last two years, and I know she will continue to deliver customer success and growth for SAP ANZ.”

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite delivers individualized experiences to keep employees engaged, learning,  productive, and connected, as well as helping organizations build the workforce agility needed to keep pace with  continuous change. SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite also incorporates AI innovations such as the talent  intelligence hub, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered skills framework which is now generally available to customers.
