Pocket FM Onboards New Head of People and Culture

BANGALURU, India (December 20, 2023) – Subeer Bakshi, former head of talent strategy at PhonePe, has been appointed as the head of people and culture at one of India’s leading audio entertainment platforms, Pocket FM with immediate effect.

Bakshi brings more than two decades of experience in the HR arena, including HR tech, rewards, analytics, communication, talent strategy, HR ops, talent acquisition, consulting, leadership development, HCM advisory, employee engagement and culture to his new role, where he will spearhead people processes and culture, fueling the global expansion of the audio platform.

Prior to this appointment, Bakshi was the director of rewards, talent and communication practice at Wallis Towers Watson, and the senior head of HR for rewards, HR tech, analytics and communications at Bajaj Finserv. He also worked at Mercer, KPMG, Aon and Cognizant Technology Solutions.
