Ev Dynamics partners Xinjiang Huiyi New Energy to scale green bulk logistics across Western China

HONG KONG, January 4, 2026 — Ev Dynamics (Holdings) Limited (Stock Code: 476.HK) has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Xinjiang Huiyi New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of SANY Group, to jointly develop an efficient, intelligent and green new-energy bulk logistics transportation system focused on China’s western regions.

The partnership aligns with national policy priorities, including the “Xinjiang Coal Outbound Transport” corridor and China’s broader Western Development Strategy, positioning Ev Dynamics to capture emerging commercial opportunities in large-scale logistics electrification.

Under the agreement, Zhongtong Kinetic Energy (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd., Ev Dynamics’ China operating headquarters platform, and Xinjiang Huiyi New Energy will establish a long-term collaboration across business resource sharing, market development, new-energy vehicle procurement, joint operations management, and investment in charging and battery-swapping infrastructure.

Integrated vehicle, operations and infrastructure deployment

The cooperation enables information exchange and coordinated market exploration in areas such as demand for new-energy transport vehicles, fleet operations and energy infrastructure construction. Both parties will share tender information and prioritise each other as joint investors or subcontractors, subject to project-specific agreements.

A core pillar of the partnership is the procurement and operation of new-energy vehicles. Xinjiang Huiyi New Energy will provide market-competitive pricing structures and technical assurance solutions, while Zhongtong Kinetic Energy will, under equivalent conditions, prioritise the procurement of electric heavy trucks and new-energy construction machinery from SANY Group. Xinjiang Huiyi New Energy will also provide end-to-end technical support, covering model selection, delivery, maintenance and system upgrades, while opening access to SANY Group’s after-sales service network across Northwest China.

The two parties will jointly assess the construction requirements for charging and battery-swapping stations in Hami, Xinjiang and surrounding areas, with Xinjiang Huiyi New Energy opening its existing infrastructure to support Ev Dynamics’ logistics projects.

Shift towards a service-led, recurring revenue model

Commenting on the partnership, Mr Zeng Yan, Chief Executive Officer of Ev Dynamics (476.HK), said: “We are very pleased to establish this strategic partnership with Xinjiang Huiyi New Energy, a subsidiary of SANY Group. This cooperation represents strong recognition of our business upgrade and of the Group’s ongoing efforts to build and deliver a comprehensive green mobility ecosystem that integrates vehicle procurement, operations management, charging and battery-swapping services, and route-based carbon emission management.”

Mr Zeng added that the partnership reinforces the Group’s transition away from a one-off vehicle sales model. “As we precisely position ourselves within the national strategic logistics corridor of ‘Xinjiang Coal Outbound Transport’, our electric heavy truck solutions are transforming our previous one-off vehicle sales model into a recurring revenue structure centred on vehicle operations and energy services.”

Scaling Transport as a Service

The cooperation is expected to accelerate Ev Dynamics’ Transport as a Service (TaaS) model, under which customers are charged based on mileage or ton-kilometres rather than upfront vehicle ownership.

“Through the Transport as a Service model, customers can enjoy zero-emission transportation without bearing high upfront vehicle purchase costs or technological risks,” Mr Zeng said.

Ev Dynamics has previously entered into three legally binding long-term operational agreements with subsidiaries of a state-owned enterprise for the supply and operation of electric vehicles for coal transportation. The company said the partnership with Xinjiang Huiyi New Energy will further strengthen its foundation to deliver greener and more efficient bulk logistics transportation systems across Xinjiang-related regions.
