monday.com Opens Singapore Office to Strengthen Southeast Asia Presence

SINGAPORE, October 9, 2025 – Global software company monday.com (NASDAQ: MNDY) has officially launched its new office at 21 Collyer Quay, Singapore, marking a significant step in its expansion strategy across Southeast Asia (SEA). The new hub will serve as a strategic base to deepen partnerships, scale operations, and support the region’s fast-growing digital economy, which is expected to hit US$300 billion by the end of 2025.

The Singapore office underlines monday.com’s commitment to long-term growth in Asia-Pacific and follows its plan to expand its local team by nearly fourfold over the next year. The company also aims to strengthen its regional partner ecosystem, working with over 20 SEA partners including Acepak Technology and iZeno, while catering to a customer base of more than 1,000 in Singapore. Prominent clients already include Brother International, Unilever, and CloudMile.

“Southeast Asia’s diverse and dynamic workforce represents the region’s greatest strength. However, as businesses accelerate AI adoption, many struggle to bridge the gap between investment and impact,” said Dean Swan, Vice President & GM, APJ, monday.com. “With our new office in Singapore, our team is now closer to our customers and partners, understanding their unique challenges to drive better outcomes.”

Swan added that the company’s culture of collaboration and innovation is helping democratise AI adoption, ensuring intelligent tools are accessible to all team members, not just technical specialists.

Expanding AI-powered solutions

The announcement comes on the heels of monday.com’s Elevate customer conference, where it unveiled several new AI-driven tools. These include:

  • monday agents, a new agent builder,
  • Full availability of its AI capabilities: monday magic, monday vibe, and monday sidekick,
  • monday campaigns, an AI-powered product within the monday CRM suite.

These innovations are designed to help organisations bridge technology adoption gaps and drive more inclusive, AI-enabled growth.

By establishing a local presence, monday.com aims to deepen engagement with Southeast Asia’s enterprises as they navigate digital transformation. The Singapore office will play a central role in this journey, serving as both a regional hub and a talent centre.
