CIMC Liquid Process Technologies Secures RMB1.44 Billion in First-Half Orders as Diversification Strategy Gains Pace

HONG KONG, August 24, 2026: CIMC Enric Holdings Limited said its subsidiary, CIMC Liquid Process Technologies Co., Ltd., has secured orders worth RMB1.44 billion in the first half of 2026, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 108%, as the company continues to expand beyond its core beer and beverage business into food seasoning and other application sectors.

CIMC Enric, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 3899.HK, said the order growth reflected the strong market competitiveness and business expansion capabilities of CIMC Liquid Process Technologies, also known as CLPT. The company said it continues to consolidate its beer and beverage equipment business while making breakthrough progress in the food seasoning sector, with its diversification strategy advancing in depth.

CLPT has also maintained strong momentum since July. As of the date of the release, the company has been named preferred bidder for three benchmark projects: a large-scale brewery project in Europe, a newly built brewery project in Jiangsu, and a large domestic green intelligent production base project for pickle vegetables. The total contract value of these three projects is approximately RMB280 million.

Brewery Projects Strengthen Core Business

The large-scale brewery project in Europe will be led by Ziemann Holvrieka, a brand under CLPT. The contract scope covers the manufacture and installation of dozens of large stainless steel fermentation tanks and maturation tanks.

Given the ultra-large dimensions of the tanks, the project team conducted detailed surveys and risk assessments of port conditions and transportation routes during the tendering and solution design stages. CIMC Enric said the project once again validates CLPT’s end-to-end project management capabilities for large-scale engineering projects in the high-end brewing sector.

The company has also secured a new brewery project in Jiangsu. CIMC Enric said the successful bid further strengthens its leading market position in the brewing equipment sector.

The two brewery projects underline the continued importance of CLPT’s established liquid food processing capabilities, particularly in brewing equipment, fermentation systems, maturation systems and large-scale project execution.

Breakthrough in Intelligent Pickled Vegetable Production

The third project marks a notable step in CLPT’s diversification strategy. CLPT has secured the raw material clean-processing system for a large domestic green intelligent production base for pickle vegetables, with a contract value of RMB85 million. CIMC Enric described the project as an important milestone in the implementation of CLPT’s diversification strategy.

Once completed, the project is expected to achieve unmanned operations across the entire process, from raw material intake to finished product dispatch. It will also integrate smart logistics, automated production data collection and AI-assisted decision analysis for key process parameters, supporting the intelligent upgrade of China’s pickle vegetable industry.

The company said the project is the first large-scale benchmark project in China’s food seasoning sector. It marks the extension of CLPT’s core technologies in food raw material processing and intelligent control and management from the traditional liquid food processing sector into the distinctive Chinese pickle vegetable segment, a new niche market for the group.

From Brewing Equipment to Integrated Solutions

CIMC Enric said CLPT’s brands are delivering cross-industry and cross-regional technology synergies, from precision manufacturing in Bürgstadt, Germany, to advanced process design technologies in the United Kingdom, and intelligent production lines in China.

Leveraging clear strategic positioning and execution capabilities, CLPT is transforming from a professional brewing equipment supplier into an integrated solutions service provider across multiple application sectors, including brewing, pickle vegetables and biopharmaceuticals.

This transition is strategically significant for CIMC Enric. As customers in food, beverage and biopharmaceutical sectors demand higher automation, intelligent control, traceability and operational efficiency, equipment suppliers are increasingly expected to provide integrated production solutions rather than standalone machinery.

CIMC Enric’s Global Platform

Founded in 2004 and listed in Hong Kong since 2005, CIMC Enric is part of CIMC Group and provides key equipment, core processes and integrated services for transportation, storage and processing in the clean energy, chemical and environmental, and liquid food sectors.

The company is among the world’s leading players in the production and sale of high-pressure gas storage and transport vehicles, and among China’s top players in cryogenic transport vehicles and cryogenic storage tanks. It is also one of the top three players in China by domestic market share for large storage tanks for LNG receiving stations and modular products for LNG refuelling stations.

CIMC Enric has built a global marketing network and owns more than 20 subsidiaries across China, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Canada, operating production bases and advanced R&D centres.

The latest CLPT order wins suggest that CIMC Enric is using its engineering, manufacturing and global delivery capabilities to broaden its liquid food business and tap demand for intelligent, automated and cross-sector production systems.
