Siemens to Spotlight Industrial AI, Digital innovation in CES 2026 keynote

LAS VEGAS, December 30, 2025 — Global industrial technology leader Siemens will bring its vision for the AI-powered industrial future to CES 2026, with President and CEO Roland Busch set to deliver a keynote that highlights how artificial intelligence, digital twin and automation technologies are transforming core sectors from manufacturing to infrastructure and transportation.

The announcement, made in partnership with the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), positions Siemens’ keynote as a cornerstone of the CES agenda on January 6, 2026, where Busch will lay out the company’s approach to scaling industrial AI from concept to real-world deployment.

At the heart of Siemens’ keynote will be a look at how the integration of AI and digital twin technologies — virtual replicas of physical systems — is enabling businesses to streamline design, planning, engineering, operations and maintenance across complex industrial environments. The company will also demonstrate how its automation technologies and deep domain expertise are being applied with partners and customers to make AI a practical reality beyond the lab.

“AI and digital twins will revolutionize industrial environments … We are thrilled to welcome Roland back to the CES keynote stage to explore how AI is transforming the way the world designs, builds, and connects,” said CTA CEO and Vice Chair Gary Shapiro, underscoring the broad impact of these technologies on modern industry.

Busch, who has more than three decades of experience at Siemens and holds a doctorate in physics, will frame the keynote around a pivotal idea: that the current transition to AI represents a defining moment akin to the advent of electricity — shifting industries into a new era where digital and physical systems converge. He will emphasise Siemens’ role in bringing intelligence to machines, devices and infrastructure worldwide, and discuss how the company’s technologies aim to make industries more competitive, resilient and sustainable.

The keynote will follow CTA’s State of the Industry address at 8:30 a.m. PST in the Palazzo Ballroom at the Venetian, with a broader lineup of speakers including leaders from AMD, Caterpillar, Havas and Vivendi, and Lenovo also taking the CES spotlight.

In addition to the keynote, Siemens will host interviews streamed from a broadcast booth featuring Busch alongside Peter Koerte, Siemens Managing Board Member and Chief Technology Officer, as well as industry experts and customers. These sessions — located at North Hall booth 8011 of the Las Vegas Convention Center — will offer deeper insights into the technologies shaping industrial AI adoption.

CES 2026, scheduled for January 6–9 in Las Vegas, remains the premier global stage for breakthrough technologies and innovation, bringing together tech giants, startups, policymakers and industry stakeholders to explore the latest advancements shaping the future. Registration for the event is open at CES.tech.
