HONG KONG, September 24, 2025 — Wasion Holdings Limited (stock code: 3393.HK), a leading provider of energy measurement equipment and energy-saving solutions in China, announced that two of its subsidiaries have won contracts worth approximately HK$181 million from the State Grid in its second procurement tender of 2025.
Wasion Group Limited, a subsidiary of the Group, secured contracts for around 487,000 units of smart meters and low-voltage current transformers, with a contract value of approximately RMB97.48 million (HK$106.46 million).
At the same time, Willfar Information Technology Company Limited, another Wasion subsidiary, was awarded contracts for about 37,000 units of intelligent fusion terminals and transformer data collection terminals, valued at RMB67.96 million (HK$74.22 million).
With a combined value of approximately RMB165.4 million (HK$180.68 million), Wasion ranked first in terms of contract total value in this tender.
So far in 2025, Wasion has accumulated RMB397.98 million (HK$434.13 million) in contract value from the State Grid’s centralized bidding.
