SINGAPORE, February 11, 2026 — Tata Communications (NSE: TATACOMM; BSE: 500483) has announced the appointment of Siddhartha Mundra as its Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company advances its digital transformation and global growth strategy.
Mundra will join as Chief Financial Officer Designate on February 23, 2026, and formally assume the role on May 1, 2026. His appointment was approved by the Board at its meeting on February 10, 2026, based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
With more than 22 years of experience spanning corporate finance, strategy, business operations, private equity and technology, Mundra brings a diverse leadership background to the role. He currently serves as Vice President in the Group CFO and Group Strategy Office at Tata Sons, a position he has held since December 2020.
Prior to Tata Sons, Mundra was Chief Executive Officer of Shankara Building Products Limited. His earlier roles include Director at Fairwinds Private Equity and Associate Vice President at ICICI Venture. He began his career as a software engineer at Cisco Systems in Bengaluru.
Mundra holds a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and graduated with a Gold Medal in B.Tech Computer Science from NIT Warangal.
