Maxus Indonesia has successfully retained the media responsibilities for long time client L’Oreal following a multi-agency pitch.

Maxus has been working with L’Oreal Indonesia for over 10 years and this is the third time L’Oreal has entrusted their media duties to Maxus. Earlier this year, the numero uno beauty company in the world announced a pitch for its media duties and entrusted Accenture as the pitch consultant. The scope of the pitch included complete media services including strategy, communications planning, integrated media approach, investment and buying, tools & processes and team capabilities. Apart from the incumbent agency Maxus, the other agencies in the pitch were Carat, IPG and Havas. Following a detailed evaluation across all criteria, L’Oreal retained their trust in the incumbent, Maxus.

Partha Kabi, MD Maxus Indonesia said “L’Oreal is a prestigious client for us in Indonesia as well globally.

We have been working with L’Oreal Indonesia as their media partners for over a decade. The biggest challenge in any long relationship is keeping it fresh and exciting. We have been able to successfully lead and guide the client through change with innovative ideas, new thinking, new talent, diversified services, award winning work and a completely integrated media offering. Credit to L’Oreal for constantly challenging us as well as believing in us to deliver to their expectations. It’s a partnership of equals and a relationship with mutual respect. We eagerly look forward to the next leg in this relationship with L’Oreal.”
