Rihanna and Mumford & Sons are set to headline next year’s T In The Park.

Speaking about next year’s event, festival director Geoff Ellis said: “Seems like only yesterday that the first band took to the stage at Strathclyde Park for our inaugural T in the Park in 94, now here we are in 2012 announcing two of the of the world’s biggest and best acts to headline our 20th edition.”

Not everyone shares his enthusiasm though.

Twitter has been buzzing with disgruntled fans such as @_katiestorey, who tweeted: “@Tinthepark please announce a better headliner than Rihanna, it’s your 20th year, I was expecting someone unreal..”

Mumford haven’t escaped criticism either.
